1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QueueUp ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License & Restrictions

QueueUp grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the service, provided that you comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Acceptable Use

QueueUp is designed for creating waitlist and landing pages. You may use the service to:

• Create multiple waitlist sites from our templates
• Customize templates with your branding and content
• Collect email signups from interested users
• Track and manage your signups
• Export signup data for your own use
• Submit feedback and feature requests

Prohibited Content & Activities

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that contains slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory language
• Share nudity, sexually explicit content, or inappropriate material
• Engage in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to bypass content restrictions or security measures
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the service
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the service infrastructure

3. Account Terms

Account Creation

To use QueueUp, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password
• Verify your email address to activate your account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All content created and uploaded through your account

4. Service Features & Limitations

Current Features

QueueUp currently provides:

• Template-based site creation
• Site customization options
• Logo upload functionality (up to 5MB)
• Email signup collection
• Signup verification system
• Analytics and tracking
• CSV export functionality
• Site management dashboard

Service Limitations

The service is subject to the following limitations:

• Rate limiting on various endpoints to prevent abuse
• File size limits for uploads
• Export limits to prevent system overload

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Termination Consequences

Upon termination:

• Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
• All your sites will be immediately deactivated
• All signup data associated with your sites will be deleted
• All feedback and feature requests will be removed
• You will lose access to all features immediately

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QueueUp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for any content or activities of our users
• You are solely responsible for your use of the service and any content you create
• You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the service
• Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons

7. Feedback and Feature Requests

You may submit feedback, bug reports, and feature requests through our platform. By submitting feedback, you:

• Grant us the right to use this feedback to improve our service
• Acknowledge that we have no obligation to implement your suggestions
• Agree that we owe no compensation for using your ideas
• Warrant that your feedback does not infringe on any third-party rights

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the new Terms on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
